Few notes of CVS.  They almost ALWAYS have the buy $30 worth of specially marked items and get $10 Extra Care Bucks (ECB) they $30 is before coupons.  Which means you can get $30 worth of shelf price items use your coupons and bring the price below $30 and STILL receive the $10 ECB.  (You can tell wich items are part of this deal by the green cvs money picture on the item).  You can earn up to FIVE  Spend $30 receive $10 deals in a WEEK.  Same goes for ECB deals, you CAN use coupons with these deals and STILL receive the ECB that comes with the item.  These are usually limited to one or two per card.
